| In December 1999, SAFEWORK Inc. became a wholly-owned subsidiary of DASSAULT SYSTEMES. As a result of this Agreement, SAFEWORK Inc. became the DASSAULT SYSTEMES center of excellence for providing an advanced human modeling infrastructure within the V5 architecture.
